Im a mother of a six year old girl her right labia majora is swollen, but the left side is normal size, ive notice they are slightly asymmetrical before, but just last saturday i found out that it is swollen. My daughter has a good hygiene i make it a point that i regularly wash her organ and her body, she said it is not painful she doesnt feel any pain its not red is just plain swelling she disnt have fever or anything
