Hi madam , in my opinion you have a throat infection. Paracetamol is good medicine for fever and thraot pain. But even after giving this if throat pain persists, then you have to consult your doctor. Ideally it would wrong on my part to advise medicine without examining the child. But I dont know in what condition you are in. If a patient like this comes to my clinic I would presribe penicillin antibiotics along with paracetamol. Home remedy is you can do hot saline gargle, steam inhalation. Give your child tender coconut water or any other fruit juices, Avoid curds, cold items, oily food and even citrus fruits.take care. Dont worry she will be fine.
