Child Having Sinus Erythema, Diagnosed Position Vertigo. Are Both Related?

I just found out that my daughter has sinus erythema , which the dr said that she has had but it is common. She just recently was diagnosed with position vertigo . She has been having episodes every night at bedtime. Last night she was fine when she laid down on the couch, but when she got into bed after climbing the stairs, she had an episode. Could the 2 be related?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Exertion(Climbing stairs) has induced an episode.

So there may be sometime more than sinus arrhythmia.

She may need a Echocardiogram and consultation with a Cardiologist.
