From your description, it seems your son is having asthma problem. He should be nebulised with levolin and budecort 2 to 3 times a day. He can also be given a short course of oral steroids like omnacortil 2.5 to-5ml once a day for 3 to 5 days. Give him some antiallergic in the form of cough syrup like coscopin paediatric or phenergen. You have already given him adequate antibiotics and no need for further antibiotics. If symptoms still persist, get a xray chest and routine blood tests done and consult your paediatrician to rule out any other disease.
