Child Having Pimples Outside Vagina, Butt Area. Severe Pain. Reason And Cure?
My daughter has pimple like things not in but on the outside of her vagina and her butt area. There are about 15-20 of them. She is 3 years old. I am still in the ending stages of potty training. She wears undies and only wears pull ups at night. This just started last week. I have been trying creams. They are really hurting hurt.

I think it may be folliculitis or molluscum contagiosum. Keep the area dry, avoid nappy. You should consult dermatologist for the perfect treament.
