Child Having Nose Bleeding. Reason? Is It Serious?

Hi, my two years old daughter suffer from blood coming from her nose i couldnot find the reason why? she is healthy and eat well but play a little because we live in a studio room but she regularly goes park.i visited doctor so many times but she said its nothing a problem just her body temperature is littlebit high than others this is right because my daughter cant sleep with taking blanket on her her feet .they are too hot.another doctor said she takes bottle of milk 4 time a day thats why her body has extra energy which she cant consume properly.but this problem is continue. is it very serious?

thanks for your query at HCM
children will have rich blood supply at tip of there nose.
these area are very sensitive in child age group.
they respond to even change body temperature and bleed.
applying slight pressure on nose will decrease active bleeding.
this is normal phenomenon in children.
no special medication is needed .
if bleeding cannot be stopped on pressure or repeated occurance, further investigation might be needed
