Child Having Mild Rash On Upper Arms, Back, Chest. How To Treat It?

My 8 year old son has a mild rash that I noticed mostly while he was taking a warm shower, it is on his upper arms, upper back and upper chest. It is slightly raised and mildly itchy. Other symptoms he has is runny nose and mild cough. Seems to be feeling fine, should he go to school?

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Possibility of rash being due to Measles/chicken pox is to be considered.
Suggest you to consult your Pediatrician for confirmation.

Take care
