hi my son is 4 yrs old. he had viral fever cough and cold .now fever is gone but he is unable to walk. he is saying leg is paining.he had simillar systoms last year july too.last year for fever nise and crocin given.this doctor prescribed ibugesic .doctor given zincovit after fever is gone last year.we are worried about any reumatic disease.please advise any medicine and precautions

is there any swelling
