Child Having Fever, Nasal Congestion, Can't Take Deep Breath, No Abdominal Discomfort, Feels Lethargy And Headache

My 16 yo daughter has had a fever (99-102.7) for almost 6 days. The only other symptom...some nasal congestion ...and now feels she cannot take a deep breath ...some SOB. No abdominal discomfort . Some headache. Some lethargy. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hi Mazeldin, welcome to H.C.M.Forum. it could be viral fever. she needs to use antibiotic, antipyretic, and cough syrup, with the advise of a local doctor. if necessory blood tests to be done to confirm the diagnosis. thank you.
