Child Having Fever, Diarrhea, Vomited. What Should I Do?

My 4 year old son has had a fever of a 102 for several days. He seems to feel better during the day, but gets worse at night. He had a relatively normal bowel movement today and had diarrhea about an hour ago with what looks like white foam surrounding the feces. He also just vomited again 20 minutes ago and now has a fever of 104. Any help would be appreciated

Hi,
As he is having temperature for several days and having some gastric problem might require some investigations.
Go for complete blood check up,
Go for Widal test for typhoid.
After report go for specific treatment after consulting your doctor.
Give him light diet like milk, rice, fruit juices.
Give him plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
