Child Having Fever, Blood Shot Eyes. All Tests Normal. What Could It Be?

MY 4 YR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER HAS HAD 3 FEVER SPIKES IN THE LAST 3 1/2 WKS WITH BLOOD SHOT EYES FOR THE LAST WK. SHE HAS HAD 2 ECHO..& BLOOD TESTS ....THE SED RATE WAS AT THE HIGH END OF NORMAL. HER TEMP IS NORMAL TODAY & WENT TO AN APPT WITH AN OPTHALMOLOGIST EARLIER TODAY....EVERYTHING NORMAL AGAIN.......WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Hi,
Fever,red eyes,high ESR, echo all suggest the doctors may be suspecting Kawasaky disease.
3 weeks fever,red eyes etc have many causes to rule our and need a wide group of blood tests urine tests and x- ray chest also.
I am sure your doctors will diagnose the cause of fever soon. Good luck
