Child Having Consistent Fever, Lab Tests Negative For Malaria And Dengue, Fever Subsides Temporarily With Paracetamol. Viral?

hi doctor my child is having fever for the last four days got him tested for malaria and dengue got negative results but his fever continues I have given him paracetamol for high fever after para his fever subsides for few hours then again rises upto 101 F I think it s viral fever since there no other discomfort but does viral fever continue so long

your baby have fever with any other symptoms like shivering ,chill,thirst,pain in throat,urine discomfort,body ache.have you done CBC ,ESR,CRP,TYPHI DOT,Ig for M.P,SER Dengue,urine test,stool test.all report can sending my mail.than i tell you what happaned your baby.
