Child Having Buttock Pain, No Rash Or Hard Stools, Had Stomach Problem With Fever, Vomiting. Cause?

Hi! My 2 1/2 year old daughter has been complaining her bottom hurts for about 3 weeks now. She s indicating it hurts inside - there is no rash or anything. This started as a stomach problem with fever , but just for a day or two, than vomitted once, and since has just complained about her bottom. She also gets very upset when she has a BM, saying how much it hurts, but her stools are not hard as if she s constipated - they actually seem quite normal. I m at a loss.

I hope she is getting treated for worms regularly. Fissure may not be readily seen. It should be considered especially if she has passed blood anytime.
