Child Having Bad Apetite. Passing Black Stools With Blood. Fading Colour, Tiredness. Fear Of Losing Him. Suggestions?
My son who will be 3 in january has always had a very bad appitite. He was put on solids at 3months because he refused to take his bottles and was droping down the growth chart. But when we started solids he would gag and boak with most meals. He went from the 75th centile in grothw charts to 9th by the time he was a year. The boaking after meals stoped around 2years old but his appitite has got worse. Hes always asking for food but when he gets it he has a few mouthfulls then doesnt want it. His clothes are becoming to big on him and lately his poos are soft and black then he has had two nappies with fresh red blood. Took him to gp and he took bloods to check his blood count but never shed any light on the situation. Please can you help. My little boy is fading away infront of me. Hes a horriable colour and always tird now. Hes back tacking his afternoon nap. Hes so yappy but its because hes so hungry. I feel like im losing him and none seems to believe me. Hes 3 in january and still in 12-18 months clothes.. thanks rebecca
