Child Have Viral Fever. Was Prescribed Meftal-p And Biotex-kid, One Medicine Is Pending. Should The Course Be Completed?

Hello Sir
my 15 month old son was diagnosed mild viral fever on Saturday morning. He was prescribed Meftal-P (2 times) , and Biotex-Kid (tablet) 2 times a day.
He vomit out the tablet today morning, and hence we gave it to him again after some time. So, now his last dose is pending. He doesn't seems to have any symptoms of fever now. Do you think we should get one tablet to complete the course, or is it OK ?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

I advise you to complete the course of biotex-kid as advised by your pediatrician.

If there is no fever you can stop meftal-p.

But Biotex-kid to be continued as per the prescribed duration by your pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
