Most of the children will complain of pain abdomen after food.
But usually there will be no underlying any organic problem in spite of extensive investigations.
The stool test is normal and not suggestive of any abnormality if child is not having any other complaints except for stomach pain.
Just observe for the severity or any associated complaints like loose stools or vomitings.
If it is associated with other problems like vomiting, loose stool or severe enough to wake him in the nigh, then the pain can be further evaluated with ultrasound abdomen.
NORMALLY CHILD NEED MOTHERS BREAST MILK TIL 2 YEARS AND AFTER 2 YEARS NO MILK IS NEEDED
MANY CHILDREN REACT IN THIS WAY WHEN WE ADD MILK AND DIERY PRODUCT IN DIETS AS THEY ARE ANIMAL [PROTEINS AND ANIMAL PROTEINS ARE NOT COMPETIBLE WITH HUMAN PROTEINS
IF YOU HAVE ADDED MILK PRODUCTS WITHDRAW MILK AND DIARY COMPLETELY FROM DIETS ADD VEGETABLES CEREALS RICE FRUITS JUICES IN DIET
ATER 3 WEEK OF ELMINATION DIET OF MILK AND DIARY YOUR CHILD WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM AND NO ACHES IN FUTUREV

Child Have Stomach Ache After Meal. Stool Test Done. What Should Be The Medication?
Hi, Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic. Give him soft diet. Avoid fried, oily, and junk food. Hope I have answered your query. Regards.
