Hello,
Bleeding gums are due to gingivitis.
Maintain your child's oral hygiene well.
Use chlorhexidine mouthrinses to gargle.
Get his teeth cleaned.
Take plenty of fruits.
Sores on tongue occur due to aphthous ulcers.
Take vitamin c and folic acid supplements.
Rinse your mouth after every meals.
Take care.
