Child Has Stretch Marks On Back. Cushing Disease?
My 13 year old son has stretch marks across his back. I just noticed them. He didn t know they were there. He feels fine, not overweight 5 3 1/2 and around 106 pounds. I did end up taking him to ER last night. Didn t know what it was, said could be nothing or something. Mentioned Cushing Disease which has scared me.

good evening, do not panic, just with the stretch marks, one cant diagnose it a cushings disease it has other components also- moon facies, pot belly, purple striae over abdomen, easily friable skin, buffalo hump back, high blood sugar or high blood pressure. weak bones. so do not panic just for the stretch marks, kindly get him examined by a pediatrician to relieve your tension.
