Child Has Stomach Pain, Dizziness. Is This Anxiety?

My daughter is just 7 years and is complaining of a constant stomach pain and dizziness at times. I kept her home from school but she seemed fine while at home unless I asked her how she was. is this anxiety or something more sinister? we saw local dr twice but he thought she was fine and had perhaps vertigo with mild virus? but she has not been vomiting diarrhea or any other symptom except for a mild sore throat at times.

Hi
Thank you for your query
The symptoms can be due to a wide variety of reasons. Your daughter may be having mild gastritis. Antacids will help. She may also have a gastro-esophageal reflux. That means the contents of stomach regurgitating into the food pipe. Small frequent meals and a elevated head end will help. It may also be the symptom of a viral infection.
Hope that helps
God bless you
