thanks for writing to health care magic

fever of 102.2 in a 15 month old.............for 2 is the child feeding

if the child is not feeding ok and lethargic consult a pediatrician immediately

the child is not in a position to swallow............swallow her own saliva the problem of discharge

her throat needs to be examined at the earliest possible and if required a swab has to be taken for culture

may be she is lodging some infection there or may be oral candidiasis

difficult to comment without examination

hope this helps

wish your child early recovery

take care
