Child Has Pin Prick Spots Mouth, Bottom, Elbow, Cough

Hi my daughter has pin prick spots around her mouth and bottom and a few on her elbow. She also has a very chesty cough. I'm not sure if these are linked or separate things. She has had the spots on and off throughout her 2 and a half years. I'm not sure if its a food allergy, something like foot and mouth or linked to her asthma.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

A physical examination is mandatory to arrive at a diagnosis. Are the spots red in color? Is there any itching associated? Do they appear and disappear? Were any investigations done?

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
