Child Has Pelviectasia, Fever, Lower Abdominal Pain. Done Urine Culture. What To Do Further?
hello,in my family 4.5 yrs old female child had mild pelviectasia...left kidney...actually last week she had fever.....den later she had complaint suddently dat she is having lower abdominal pain ...den we did urine culture .... renal scan...den we came to know dat she had mild pelviectasia...further wat to do.....doctor....... thank you,

You may have to give appropriate antibiotic - based on culture report.
Contact Urologist - she may need further evaluation
A condition called extra-renal-pelvis and/or reflux needs to be ruled out by repeat ultrasound from a different centre.
