IMPRESSIONS- BILATERAL ENLARGED UPPER ANTERIOR CERVICAL NODES NOTED 21X9MM ON RIGHT AND 22X9MM ON LEFT, NON MATTED AND NON NECROTIC". MICROBIOLOGY MANTOUX TEST SAYS "9X11MM"REACTIVE.. HE WAS SPEAKING FLUENTLY WHEN HE WAS 03 YEARS OLD BT WHEN THESE NODES STARTED VISIBLE HE WAS SPEAKING FEW WORDS WITH DIFFICULTY. I DON'T KNOW WHETHER IT IS NORMAL OR STUTTERING. FROM LAST 05 MONTHS HE IS TAKING ANTI TB TREATMENT BUT THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT.
Hi thanks for your query at HCM The pattern of feeding should be changed .the rate of growth slows down at this age group. Dont push her to eat more. Give her as much as she can tolerate. Do deworm her every 6 monthly . follow strict hand washing technique.
Do her lymph node biopsy and tuberculosis test after evaluation from your consultant. i will be available for your help wishing you a speedy recovery take care regards Dr. Imran Hussain
