Child Has Low-grade Fever, Headache And Stomach Pain. Why Bumps On Neck?

My 9 year old has had a low-grade fever , headache , and stomach ache for two days. He also has several raised red bumps on the right side of his torso that appeared on day one. He woke up this morning with a couple more bumps on his neck . The new ones were itchy, but the ones from yesterday are no longer itchy. They are perfectly round and not fluid-filled. Any ideas on what this could be?
