Child Has Headache, Body Aches And Dizziness. Had Knocked Head. Suggestions?

After school today my 6 year old daughter is complaining of a headache, body aches, dizziness. She hardly had an appetite at dinner and she usually eats very well. She does not have a fever. She said she knocked her head on a shelf at school but I can not see any bruise or mark where she says it was bumped. She has rarely ever been dizzy. She went to sleep an hour early tonight after much complaining of dizziness.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Was she fine before going to school? Sometimes children knock their heads without external marks. Hitting a shelf usually does not lead to serious lesions, but the story of headache and dizziness is something to worry about. I would suggest you to take her to a doctor for examination and observation. It is very unlikely, but possible that your daughter had a cranial fracture.
