hello

thanks for writing to healthcaremagic

poor feeding in children can be because of several causes

one of them could be anemia

so if she is looking pale get a pediatric examination done and get investigated accordingly

immunity can be improved by proper balanced diet which contain all vitamins, minerals, proteins etc

vaccinate the child as per age

children in this age group are also fussy in their eating habits

hope this helps

take care

Pediatrician Dr. Mohammad Waseem's  Response
Hi,
First of all i want to know the weight and height of your child if these are above 3rd
centile there is nothing to worry.
Weight should be between12to18 kg at 3.5 years.
Height should be between 88 to 103 cms at 3.5 years.
At this age it is normal for children to be fuzzy about eating you have to work hard to make
her eat.
8to 10 episodes of upper tract infections of short duration per year are also normal for this
age child.
I think these suggestions will decrease your anxiety.
Wishing good health for your child.
