I can understand your concern. The differential count that you have provided does not suggest anything remarkable. Had you provided the total WBC count
it would have been better to comment on the likely cause of the symptoms that you have mentioned. I suggest that you consult your doctor and get the following investigations:
1. Complete hemogram.
2. C Reactive Protein
3. ASO Titre
4. Coagulation profile.
5. Urine routine
6. Stool routine and occult blood.
Do revert back with the investigation reports and the treatment that your son is getting.
