Child Has Fever, Increased Heart Beat, Shaking, Irritability. Thoughts?
Hello, I have a 14 month old baby... It was extremely hot and humid where we live today and he didn t take enough fluids.. He has since drank more but he is burning up .. Thermometer shows only a temp of 99.2 but I m concerned, bc of his fast heart beat and he is shaky.... Irritability when awake... He is asleep right now but wakes and cries every hour since 9pm. Thoughts???

u should give him extra fluids and ORS
keep him in a cool place
Moniter his urine output
if his condition deteriorate ,consult your doctor
