Child Has Fever In Evening. How To Take Care?

My 2.5 year old has a fever for the past three days. He seems to be fine in the mornings, active and eating well. But in the late evening it tends to get higher & he feels warm and looks tired. In the mornings his temperature ranges from 37-36 degrees Celsius. In the night time it goes upto 39 degrees. We have been taking his temperature in the arm pit. He has no associated symptoms like a cough or shivering or a check congestion. Please advise on what we should do to take care of him? Thank you

Hi Sueannmathew,
Please get the following inestigations done :-
1. Complete Blood Count
2. GBP
3. Urine (Routine and Microscopic)
Give plenty of pure filtered water.
It is advisable that you get your child examined by a Paeditrician so that he can prescribe medicines accordingly.
Thanks.
