Child has fever, forehead pain, vomiting

5 year old has a fever of 101.3 and complaining of frontal lobe ( forehead ) hurting with pain. In the front middle of the forehead going up to top of hairline. Not any other place. She has been laying/trying to sleep, but cries out in pain. It has been hurting several days now. She did vomit twice earlier today but I gave her anti vomiting medicine (prescription issued)

THIS IS INFECTIVE ETIOLOGY WHICH IS LOCATED IN THE BRAIN AND IS INCREASED INTRACRANIAL PRESSURE WHICH IS CAUSING TRIAD HEADACH, FEVER AND VOMITTING .

Hb, TLC, DLC, ESR. FUNDUS EXAMINATION BY OPHTHALMOLOGIST , IF NO FEATURE OF RAISED INTRCRANIAL PRESSURE , CSF EXAMINATION, CECT HEAD
RUN TO YOUR NEAREST PEDIATRCIAN FOR MANAGEMENT
