Child Has Fever, Cold, Vomiting, Weakness, Unable To Digest Food. Taken Macpod, Calpol, Lanjol. Suggestions?
namaste dr.sir.i have a 4 yr old son running constant fever till sun, with severe cold n vomitings,problem is that he is not digesting anything,the moment he takes something,with in some time he vomits,he has grown weak because of all these,sir i'm giving him macpod100DT,calpol120 every 5-6 hrs as required,as well lanjol15 for controlling acidity,sir pls suggest me what to do pls?

Treatment is on the right way.I would like to investigate him first to start proper line of treatment.Give him syp.ondencetrone before giving any medicines and food to control the vomiting.I would suggest ofloxacin,zinc with macpod 100.
Also give lactobacillus and ors formula to maintain proper hydration.
Start calcium,b12,folic acid,minerals and protein milk powder supplement to boost up his general health.
