Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi dear

Welcome to the platform of health care magic.

As you have narrated all the symptoms and events. It gives me a picture of recurrent allergic bronchitis along with some chronic infection (probably some granulomatous disease).

Which has to ruled out by some specific investigations like ESR,CRP,Montoux Test, Chest Xray, LFT. USG whole abdomen to rule out any significantly enlarged mesentric Lymphnodes. and at the atleast the FNAC of the enlarged lymphnodes to be carried out to reach the final diagnostic conclusion.

This all should be done with pediatric supervision.

Hope the query is answwered

Thanks
