Child Has Dent In The Chest Below Neck, Snores While Sleeping. Is This Serious?

Hello Doctor, My baby is having a dent in the chest part just below the neck and will be more when she snores while sleeping. Have shown once to pediatrician and doctor told nothing to worry after taking an x-ray and told it might slowly go off after a month or 2. Kindly suggest if anything wrong or serious in my by baby daughter case. Would be grateful and would be waiting for your answer....

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Your baby condition is called Laryngomalacia and it is a benign condition and occurs due to lax cartilage tissue in baby airways. Nothing to worry and as age increases it will subside. Calcium supplementation some times help to fasten the improvement.
