Child Has Cold, Running Nose, Wheezing, Vomiting. Done Nebulization, Given Livolin. What To Do?

Hi my son is having frequent bouts of cold and running nose followed by wheezing. The coughing becomes worse in the night and he throws up everything. He has been admitted thrice with nebulization and livolin given. This symptoms are repeating quite frequently now.
What should we do.? Specially when he has a severe bout of cough which does not stop in the middle of night.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As all symptoms are an indication that child has develops asthmatic allergic bronchitis.
Please don't be in panic as every thing will be in control .
Sever cough ( bout of cough , naturally a cause of concern for parents ) is due to broncho constriction ( congestion).
As anti allergic drugs are not providing relief , try bronchodilators after consultation with your treating doctor .
Alternatively you can consult another physician and get his opinion.
Avoidance of molds, hay ,fumes, sprays, pollen, mite , dust , sudden fall & rise of temperature helps.
Strong coffee & steam inhalation will provide relief.
Good luck.
