Child Has Been Slow In Gaining Weight. Eats Well And Was Never Sick. Suggest?

Hello Doc , My daughter is 14 months old and weighs only 8 kgs , she was 3.5 kgs when she was born but she has been slow in gaining weight. She eats well , her everyday diet is as below:-
early morning - Breastmilk
Morning - Mixed grain/ragi porridge
Lunch - Khichdi (rice +dal+2-3 veggies)
Evening Snacks - One seasonal Fruit + Milk
Dinner - dosa/roti/curd rice/pasta (she normally eats very less in the night)
She is active and has never fallen sick , but I am extremely worried because she is very tiny interms of weight and length both. Kindly advise.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The diet that you have mentioned is enough for your child. If the child is eating well and is otherwise active then there is no need to worry about the weight gain.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
