Child Has A Bad Heat Rash On The Back, Tummy. Have Nappy Rash Also. It Is Itchy And Is Disturbed In The Night. On Sudocream. Treatment?

2year old baby who was 3mths prem has very bad heat rash all over back and tummy and has very very bad nappy rash also suffers from eczema. Rash is itchy and causing her to be a little off form at night. Fine during the day though and is in overall good form. What should I do to treat it ? Am using sudocream on nappy rash and E 45 cream on heat rash.

If the child is irritable due to itchy, dry rash, I advise you to give an oral antihistamine in prescribed dose.
