Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Are there any other associated complaints other than cold. This may give a clue to the diagnosis,
Does she have any chills or rigors?
Does she have burning urination or sore throat?
What other investigations were done?
If so what are the reports?
Is there any history of contact with a case of tuberculosis?

If it is a confirmed case of tuberculosis and other diagnosis of tuberculosis are ruled out then multi drug resistance should be thought of.

Please reply further details so that i can help you better.
