Child Crying For Long Duration, Reason Unknown. Giving Coliza Drops. Advice Required?

hi sir, my 1 month old baby girl recently started crying since last 3 days earlier she was not crying and as per doctor suggestion we are giving coliza drops but i cant see difference. actually last 4 days back she started crying in the evening say around 7.oopm and stopped at around 1.00 Am or 2.00 Am but now last 2 days there is no timing for crying she sleep for some time around 30 mins or 1 hour then she starts crying so totally i am confused and i want to know is there any problem in baby? but i am not able to find please help n this issue

hello ishwar,is your baby having a cold?if she is having a cold,she may have acute otitis media-a middle ear infection which causes severe pain.she may be crying because of this,please see a pediatrician asap.wishing your child good health.dr praveen.
