Child Can Be Given Wikoryl For Light Fever Along With Allegra And Ambrodil For Cough And Cold?

hi'
my 4years daughter's doctor has prescribed allegra, ambrodil s for caugh and cold and now she has got fever some what like 99 degree. doctor has suggested to go for crocin ds usualy for such instances but currently we are running shortage of that medicine. we have wikoryl oral suspension. should i use it or we can wait.
we have ibugesic plus and as per our knowledge it is good for high fever only. her body weight is 22 kg.

suggest me please as early as possible.

Thanks for your query at hcm.
I understand your concern.

You can use wikoryl if temperature is above 100 f as it contains paracetamol . it also has other ingredients that will decrease cold so you use in your child . ibugesic only if very high grade fever not subsiding after dose of paracetamol.
