Child. Stressed By School, Low Appetite, Fatigue. Any Tonics To Be Given?

My four year old (nearly five) has just started school and is so stressed by it all that he will hardly eat anything and is already very slim. We are working on the any calorie is better than none but good food where possible. He is however very tired all the time. Are there any tonics I could give him. When I was young my mum always gave me Minadex but they don't make it any more.

Welcome to HCM
Greetings of the day
I do understand your concern and how difficult it is looking after the diet of the child. Have a watch on what the child likes to eat, what are his likings instead of just thinking about caloric charts and nutritive value. Offer him whatever he likes provided you can avoid junk feeds. Give him fresh fruits, Milk and green leafy vegetables. Break the rules sometimes and offer him chocolates. After all they are just kids and cant follow strict diet.
Take Care
