my son is 3.8 yr old.suffering from low grade fever from last 3 days..vomiting(having gastro problem already..we were using Lanzol)..and severe cough..that some time leads to vomiting and little running nose...doctor has prescribed..ambrodil-s,crosin ds and otrivin pedeatric...pls suggest if this is fine..has he has dropped his appetite and not eating anything..and is getting week.he is 16 kg

Hello,

Your son may be suffering from viral infection.
In this period the appetite decreases. You need to give bland diet which is easily digestible at frequent intervals.
Good rest and plenty of oral fluids need to be given to control the fever.
You also need to continue the prescription given by your doctor.
