My 3 year old son had c-diff when he was 2. it was very difficult to clear up. Since then he has trouble having a bowel movement. He is potty trained but usually starts his bm in his pants. his bm's only occur every other day and it usually takes all day for him to clean out. they are usually dark sticky gritty and have a very foul smell. he usually complains of a stomach ache before he has a bm. we have tried yogurt and miralax and none of it seems to help
