Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM.
I can understand your level of suffering form
chicken pox. It is a viral disease which occurs one time in life. A it is second day only so in my clinical settings I prefer to give antiviral treatment to reduce the further spread and grade of severity.
For the precautions and other parts:
- Do not try to squeeze or scratch any lesion.
-Wear loose cotton clothes and cotton undergarments.
- stay away from eat and humidity.
-Stay away from children and other persons who haven't had this problem in past.
-Take plenty of water and liquids daily and take light food.
-For application it is better to apply some
topical antibiotic cream and calamine lotion rather than coconut water and oil on face.
-Take antipyretics such as
paracetamol round the clock till feer subsides.
- You can take oral anti
histamine like
loratadine or levocetrizine under medial advise.
Hope these informations are helpful.
