I am 19 years old male and I had chicken pox 3 years ago and I scratched the acne unknown of the factor that it might leave scars on my face and now I have two scars on my nose and three on forehead and some on my cheek . The nose scars really look very bad. They are very dark and visible. Please let me know what can I do to get rid of them. Thanks God Bless.

hello,

thanks for using healthcare magic.
i will be glad to be of assistance
scars are something that results due to loss of tissue.
more like holes.
if there is dark scar that you are talking about, then its more like hyperpigmentation which happens after acne.

for scars , dermaroller is an ideal option.
it is also called microneedling. this improves scars to quite some extent.

they wont be so visible as they might be now after this treatment.

4 sessions would help, each at a gap of 2 months.

in case of hyperpigmentation, i will advise you to apply glycolic acid 6% on the face at night daily.

please let me know your queries.
hope my recommendations are useful to you.
