Diaphragm and costophrenic angles are intact. The rest of the visualized structures are remarkable.. IMPRESSION ; RIGHT BASAL PNEUMONITIS NON- SPECIFIC CONSIDERED.
HELLO,
welcome to hcm
thanks for the query
pneumonitis may be due to infection, smoking, radiation,Hypersensitivity to inhaled agents and some medications can cause it.all these factors can cause lungs inflammation.
so treatment depends upon cause.you may need antibiotics, steroids, oxygen if breathing difficulty
if it is hypersensitivity the you need to avoid the allergen.so consult your doctor for possible cause of it.only haziness of lungs is the pathological finding in your x ray.rest all normal
there may be need of some other tests in addition to chest x ray
hope this information will be helpful to you
take care
