Chest X-ray Shows Suspicious Densities In Upper Lung Field. Is This The Symptom Of TB?

hi!im ritz...i just want a further explanation about my chest pa x-ray...the result is...there are suspicious densities in the right upper lung field.the heart is not enlarged.the pulmonary vessels are within normal limits.the trachea is in the midline.both hemidiaphragms are sharp and distinct.the osseous thoracic cage reveals no significant bony abnormality.
CONCLUSION:
SUSPICIOUS DENSITIES,RIGHT UPPER LUNG FIELD
APICOLORDOTIC VIEW IS SUGGESTED..

are my case serious???or symptoms of tuberculosis??

If you have accompanying symptoms like cough or fever with these xray findings. These are definitely suspicious for Koch's.
Kindly get a sputum check up as well for afb
