Chest X-ray Shows "right Perihilar Opacity". Explain

I'm 27 years old male person. I went through a chest x-ray last week for a medical test. The result shows "Right perihilar opacity". Kindly advice me on this. The description of the report given me as bellow.
"Normal cardiomediastinal contour. There is right perihilar opacity. The left lung is clear. Clinical correlation and followup suggested"

hiiiiiii dear u must mention here symptoms ,right perihilar opacity can be due to enlarged lymph node and only on basis of x-ray report we cannot approach diagnosis u need further investigation like CECT chest and brochoscopy...................................................
