Chest X-ray Report Shows Pneumonia Symptoms. Am I Fit To Work?

hi. got the result of my x-ray for employment purpose. the result is hazy and streaky densities in the left lower lung are suggestive of pneumonia. follow-up chest x-ray after antimicrobial therapy is recommended for further evaluation. heart is not enlarged. Both costophrenic sulci are unremarkable. Scalloping of the left hemidiaphragm is noted. The visualized bones of the thorax are intact. Am i fit to work? Thank you so much.

If you are completely asymptomatic than one should compare recent x rays with old x rays. If a lesion is same inboth the x rays no need to worry. But if you are symptomatic thanyou should take good antibiotics and reprleat x ray after 10-15 days. And in my opinion you can perform office work and other light duty work. No heavy duty work.
