ENT Specialist 's  Response
Yes you must go to the Emergency room and get examined and consult a Physician and ENT specialist.
You may need to take antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs and decongestants.
This could be because of some infective focus which has spreaded.
Chances of stroke does not seems to be there but should be ruled out and that can be done after examination only.
