Chest Tightness Causing Breathing Difficulty, Dizzy Spells. Reason?

I am a 31y/o female I have been expierencing chest tightness ( like my ribs are binded and not able to expand properly) which makes me feel as though I am unable to take a deep breath. I also have been have significant dizzy spells especially bending over or standing up to quickly. The onset of the symptoms is a 9 days.

get an Xray chest to rule out any rib pathology and get your BP checked in lying down sitting and standing posture to rule out postural changes in blood pressure . You can practice yoga and pranayama (breathing exercise) . you have to take more calcium and go out to sun if you suffer from osteoporosis which usually occurs in women over 45.
